SCOPE
Installation of building foundations, new floor system and demolition of existing mill.
DUTIES
• Performed field measurements to create detailed fabrication drawings, clarified fabrication issues with fabricator and oversaw fabrication until final product was delivered
• Initial layout and foundation installation
• Installation of new mill floor and it’s structural support steel
• Coordinated with other trades on scheduling and execution of old mill demolition
• Completed mill demolition during normal mill operation without interruption
• Project was safely completed on time and on budget
